Thank you once again for reporting this issue. An internal work order, #21891, has been generated and sent to the highway department to assess and make the necessary repair(s) as soon as possible. An update will be posted as information from the crew becomes available.

It has been determined reported section of roadway is under DCR jurisdiction. Issue has been referred to the DCR. An update will be posted as information becomes available.

The DCR has inspected roadway, currently there are no potholes to be repaired. Section of roadway is scheduled to be repaved tentatively this fall.
